This person claims to not be “Zane”, although their typing styles are extremely similar + they have the same friends. So I did a little digging.

On July 3rd, “Zane” deleted her blog and told her followers that she was creating a new one + would be refollowing quite a few blogs. She also asked her followers to no longer refer to her by name.  

Completely by coincidence, a new blog sprung up on that exact same day. Titled a-mad-green-eyed-killer (similar pattern of using dashes in her username, I might add), this person made several posts about refollowing blogs and reacquiring her previous followers.

Then, there was this exchange between “not Zane” and Rufus (who used to be best buds):
